Membership is for a financial year
A member needs to pay their membership donation and admin fee by June 30 to be eligible to vote for our grant recipients at our Annual Grant Awards Celebration in November. This is because we grant the funding we have pooled in the financial year ending June 30, so only members who contributed to that pool have a say in how those funds are spent.
Your membership lasts until June 30 of the financial year following the financial year in which you made your last donation. If you do not renew by June 30 of that following financial year, your membership expires and you are unable to vote for our grant recipients the following November.
All members receive renewal reminders 12 months after their last donation. To reduce the load on our volunteers and assist our planning, we ask that members try to renew at this time rather than wait until the final days prior to June 30 of that financial year.
One-Year Standard Membership - $1000
One-Year NextGen Membership (18-35 years) - $500
Lifetime Membership - $25,000
