“Mother” starring Noni Hazlehurst

Performance followed by Q&A

UPDATE
The Arts Centre have informed us Noni Hazlehurst is no longer available for the scheduled Q&A session.  In her place, we have arranged experts specialising in homelessness to be part of a Q&A including a representative from Launch Housing.

Mother tells the story of Christie, a homeless woman in a world detached, unforgiving and destructive. It gives voice to the fallen and dispossessed, to those who exist at the edge of safety, at the point of being undone.

Written by acclaimed Australian playwright Daniel Keene, Mother is a solo performance wrought with tenderness and loneliness in equal measure.

Our learning events deepen our understanding of diverse experiences of vulnerability, making sure our giving is informed and impactful.
