2025 Changemaker Grants Round Now Open!

Thanks to our generous members and supporters, we are distributing a record-breaking $170,000 to nonprofits working to improve the lives of women and families in need located in the Greater Melbourne area. Applying to our 2025 Changemaker Grants round is a chance for nonprofit organisations doing transformative work for their beneficiaries to receive much-needed funding and access a connected community of changemakers.

We’re proud to confirm two major grants this year:

$80,000 Capacity Building Grant to support a specific program, project or initiative.

$45,000 Enabling Grant to support any mission-supporting funding need.

Recipients of the two major grants will be decided by member vote from a shortlist of three finalists in each category at the Melbourne Women’s Foundation 2025 Changemaker Awards event this October. The four remaining finalists will each receive a Spotlight Award, sharing the balance of funds.

Employment, Education & Economic Empowerment; Family Violence; Homelessness; Mental Health.
